Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, no marks, in its original packaging. Please keep items clear from animal fur, makeup stains and cigarette smoke. You’ll also need to include a note with your details and order number. We reserve the right to reject any items that are returned in unsaleable condition.

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless there was an error with your order or you have received a faulty/damaged item. If this is the case then we will cover all costs to ensure you are not out of pocket. Any returns received without instructions will be processed as a store credit.
We strongly recommend double checking our product descriptions for dimensions and any important details before confirming your order. If you are ever unsure about one of our products, please contact us for assistance.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned including: herbs, downloadable software products, jewellery, piercing jewellery, beauty products, personal care items and cosmetics due to Australian health & hygiene regulations. Please note we follow all ACCC requirements and refunds/exchanges will be given on all faulty items not already stated in the description. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or final sale items. Full priced items that were purchased during a sale event, eg. 10% OFF sale, can be returned as normal. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned. We follow all ACCC requirements and refunds will be given on all faulty items not already stated in the description. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
Exchanges
We only replace/exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at hello@corvusoddities.com. Please be mindful that it may take time for your exchanged product to be delivered depending on where you live.
Refunds
Whilst we are not required to provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind, we want you to be happy, so please contact us at hello@corvusoddities.com. You are entitled to a refund if an item has a major problem such as:
- Item/s has a problem that would have stopped someone from purchasing the item/s if they were aware it is unsafe.
- Is significantly different from the sample or description.
- Does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item/s and we can compensate you with a partial refund or store credit for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we can repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired within a reasonable time, you can request a refund or replacement.
If your item/s are defective or damaged, please contact us at hello@corvusoddities.com to arrange a return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Tracking
It is highly recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, particularly if you are shipping an expensive item. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
