Green Leaf Insect in Shadow Box Frame (Phyllium Pulchrifolium)

This is a real preserved Green Leaf Insect which has been spread and pinned inside a timber shadow box frame.

This interesting insect originates from Java. It’s truly amazing how this insect blends in with natures foliage, hence its common name being Green Leaf Insect. 

Scientific name: Phyllium pulchrifolium.

Dimensions: H 16cm x W 16cm

The frame is wall mountable and also has a stand attached to the back, making this an easy to setup display.

Our insects are sourced from conservation farms where they typically live out their full life cycle and are collected once they pass on.
